Acetal-PEG/polycation was synthesized by our original method.  The acetal-PEG/polyamine thus prepared can be utilized for a solubilization of fullerenes in aqueous media with the size of several nanometer.  The obtained complex was fairly high dispersion stability under high ionic strength conditions.  The complex was confirmed to show an oxidization ability of superoxide.  When Ga incorporated-fullerene was used, the pH dependent relaxation time of water molecule was observed, which is anticipated as new type of bioimaging materials.
